How to Care for Wooden Shutters
For natural wood shutters, dusting is the best way to clean them. If the shutters are painted, you may wash them with a brush using detergent and water. Protect the sill and floor with either plastic or a drop cloth. After cleaning, use a cotton cloth to rinse and dry.
